Pasture fence taken out by crash again
PAUL - Minidoka County sheriff's officers and an Idaho State Police trooper monitor ed traffic Thursday at 400 W. 100 S. until United Electric officials were able to repair a pole that was sheared off when this tractor-trailer rig hauling sugar beets overturned about 5 p.m. near Paul.

The driver, Joshua Wenkroper, 23, of American Falls, was not injured, but property owner Oliver LaRoque said he lost his pasture fence for the fourth time in a year.

He said although insurance has always covered the damage, having to repair his fence and replace pasture that gets ruined when the factory sends a loader to pick up the spilled beets is costly and time-consuming.
