Twayne O. Buhler
Twayne O. Buhler, a local wealth advisor from Twin Falls, attended Ins Mark's 11th Annual Symposium held in San Francisco on Nov. 7-10.
Robert B. Ritter Jr. presented the newest wealth strategies that Ins Mark has or is developing, utilizing illustration design that requires the coordination of three disciplines: actuarial, legal and creative presentation. With this, Technology Advisor can do Wealth Evaluation Income projects and Estate calculation Taylor to each individual's situations.
Buhler began in the Insurance and Investment business in 1971 and has taken over ownership of Buhler Agency founded in 1965 by his father, Jay O. Buhler.
Will Black
Will Black, mobile solutions representative at Qwest Communications in the Magic Valley Mall recently completed a week of Small Business Communications Solutions training in Denver, Colo. at the Qwest Mass Market Training Group.
Black has been with the company for two years and has been awarded BRAVO twice for achieving the top 25 percent of Qwest retail sales.

Neil Haugee
Neil Haugee, master certified technician and Window Welder operations manager, has returned from the Auto Glass Technician Olympics, held in Las Vegas, Nev.– The third annual event allowed 24 selected participants from the auto glass profession across the United States to compete for medals, equipment, and cash prizes. –
–The contestants were judged on their proficiency in the removal and replacement of windshields and back windows.– The categories included communication skills, personal appearance, as well as safe glass installation.– There were a possible total of 250 points awarded.
While the first place winner received 244 overall points, Haugee earned 243 total points overall.– He was awarded a medal along with tools and recognition from his peers in the glass industry as ranking among the top professionals in the auto glass replacement field.
Fred House
Fred House of Jensen Jewelers has completed training through the Gemological Institute of America and is a graduate of their Colored Stones Program, Graduate Diamonds Program, and Accredited Jewelry Professional Program. The Gemological Institute of America is recognized internationally as the premier educational organization in the jewelry industry.
This year hundreds of Jewelry Professionals participated in the 2007
"Gems and Gemology" Challenge. Entries arrived from around the world, as these professionals tested their gemological knowledge by answering questions in the challenge.
House was one of only 46 applicants from this international challenge, and the only one from Idaho, who scored 100 percent and received a GIA Continuing Education Certificate acknowledging his achievement. He is employed by Jensen Jewelers as a gem buyer in their corporate offices in Twin Falls.
Deborah Moore
Deborah Moore, certified public accountant, of the accounting firm of Pollow and Moore, CPA's Chartered, has recently completed the Quickbooks 2007 Certification Course.
This course provided training in the use of Quickbooks software, including:
setting up clients in Quickbooks, exchanging data between Quickbooks files and other software programs, modifying reports, and tracking sales and payroll taxes. This designation as a Quickbooks ProAdvisor was awarded after numerous hours of training and testing.
David Davidson
David Davidson with Rasmussen Real Estate Co. was awarded "Rookie of the Year 2007" by The Greater Twin Falls Association of Realtors on Nov. 19.
Davidson started his real estate career by attending Pioneer Real Estate School in Meridian. He completed the courses and passed the state exam in February 2007.
In April 2007, Davidson joined Rasmussen Real Estate Co. In addition to listing and selling homes, he serves on the Caravan Committee, the Realtor Political Action Committee, and the Local Political Involvement Committee. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Idaho Association of Realtors, and the Greater Twin Falls Association of Realtors.
Marcy Flansburg
BOISE - D.L. Evans Bank announced the appointment of Marcy Flansburg as branch manager and assistant vice president of their Emerald and Cole Branch located at 7450 W. Emerald St.
Flansburg has over 30 years of banking experience working in various roles within Idaho and California, including relationship manager, district training officer and branch manager.
She is also very active in her community by participating in the Rotary Club, Boise and Meridian Chamber's of Commerce and serving as a member of the Military Affairs Committee.
