Irma Fay Stimpson Edwards will celebrate her 90th birthday during an open house hosted by her children, from 2 to 5 p.m. Nov. 14, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints building in Elba. Light refreshments will be served. No gifts please.
